Problem
Abandoned bikes around New York take up precious bike parking spaces and make it harder to lock your bike up properly.
Challenge
The City doesn't respond effectively to one person at a time calling in to 311 to have one bike removed.
Solution
Create a simple visual collaborative way using Instagram to let people ask the city to clean up all the abandoned bikes faster and show them the extent of the problem.
Case Study
Due to changes in Instagram's policy regarding 3rd party websites using hashtags to filter content this site is no longer live.
